Edward Scissorhands Limited Edition Steelbook 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray

Directed by Tim Burton, Edward Scissorhands is a gothic fairy tale about isolation, innocence, and the clash between individuality and conformity. Johnny Depp stars as Edward, an artificial man left unfinished by his inventor (Vincent Price), with scissors where his hands should be. Discovered by a suburban Avon lady (Dianne Wiest), Edward is taken from his lonely castle into a pastel neighborhood where he becomes both a local curiosity and a creative sensationÑuntil fear and prejudice turn the community against him.

Burton's film blends romantic melancholy, surreal comedy, and visual poetry. Danny Elfman's haunting score and the delicate chemistry between Depp and Winona Ryder (as Kim) lend the story its emotional power.¬†Edward Scissorhands remains one of Burton's defining worksÑan allegory about the pain of difference and the beauty of imperfection.
