Are the Blu-Rays region locked?

With the exception of a few titles, the majority our Blu-Rays (HD) are Region B. That means, these are compatible for Australian, Uk and European Blu-Ray Players.

4K & UHD Titles are Region-Free, meaning that these discs will play on all 4K compatible Blu-Ray players.

You don't have the title I'm looking. Are you able to source a title for me?

As we start out, we will focus on sourcing titles that we know are sort after from our community and hard to access from Australia. However, if there's a specific title you are looking for, or version of a title, please reach out and we'll be happy to explore this for you/

When can I expect delivery?

Shipping across Australia is included in our price. Soon, we will be "popping-up" in your community.

Until this time, we ship via Australia Post.

Parcel Post is usually delivered in 2-3 days from Dispatch.

We aim to dispatch all orders same day or next working day at latest.

Where is my delivery?

We realise that sometimes things don't always go to plan when it comes to delivery.

If there is any delay in delivery, past the 2-3 days on dispatch, please reach out to us and we'll do all we can to rectify

Pre-Orders

With pre-orders, the current and known release date will always be displayed on each product page, labelled Release Date:. We will often receive stock very close or on the date of release, but sometimes stock can arrive a few days later. Please note that as soon as we receive pre-ordered stock, we will dispatch no later than the next business day (notwithstanding any issues outside of our control)

If an order is made which combines products that are for pre-order and in stock, we will generally wait until the pre-order item comes into stock and then dispatch the order in full. However, if the pre-order item is released greater than 8 weeks into the future, we can dispatch your in-stock items and then follow up to dispatch your pre-order when it arrives in stock. If you wish for a dispatch of in-stock items, please reach out and we can discuss. Thanks

Why can't I pick up my order in store?

Currently, we only offer delivery via post. However, very soon we will be coming to neighbourhoods across Sydney via pop-ups.
