Some Like It Hot Limited Edition Mediabook 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray

Some Like It Hot is a classic comedy directed by Billy Wilder, blending fast-paced farce, sharp dialogue and romantic chaos. Set during the Prohibition era, the film follows struggling musicians Joe and Jerry, played by Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon, who accidentally witness the St. ValentineÕs Day Massacre and flee Chicago disguised as women in an all-female band. Travelling to Florida under the names Josephine and Daphne, they become entangled with singer Sugar Kane, played by Marilyn Monroe. As Joe pursues Sugar while pretending to be a millionaire and Jerry attracts the unwanted attention of an eccentric suitor, the deception spirals into increasingly absurd situations. Wilder directs with perfect comic timing and a sophisticated, playful style that pushes the boundaries of 1950s Hollywood comedy, culminating in one of cinemaÕs most famous final lines.
