Synopsis:

MaXXXine is the 2024 finale of Ti West’s X trilogy, following X (2022) and Pearl. Mia Goth returns as Maxine Minx, the lone survivor of the original massacre, now chasing stardom in 1985 Hollywood. Her ambition leads her to audition for a slasher sequel (The Puritan II), just as a serial killer known as the “Night Stalker” begins targeting aspiring actresses. As Maxine navigates betrayal, stalkers, and buried trauma, the lines between fame and fear begin to blur. Equal parts slasher and rise-to-stardom saga, MaXXXine is soaked in ’80s neon, suspense, and blood — a brutal and glamorous conclusion to one of horror’s most daring trilogies.
