About the film
Scream 7 continues the long-running meta-horror franchise that began with Wes Craven’s 1996 classic. The story returns to the familiar world of Ghostface, where a new wave of brutal murders forces survivors and newcomers alike to confront the rules of horror all over again. As the masked killer targets a fresh group of victims, the film blends slasher suspense with the self-aware humour and genre commentary the series is known for. With its mix of legacy characters, modern horror satire, and shocking twists, Scream 7 aims to carry the franchise’s tradition of reinventing the slasher formula for a new generation.
