Directed by George P. Cosmatos and starring Sylvester Stallone, Cobra is a gritty action-thriller set in Los Angeles during a wave of violent crime. The story follows Lieutenant Marion “Cobra” Cobretti, a tough, no-nonsense cop in an elite unit tasked with handling the city’s most dangerous criminals.

When a mysterious serial killer linked to a cult-like group begins targeting a young woman who witnessed one of their crimes, Cobra steps in to protect her. As he digs deeper, the case becomes increasingly deadly.

With explosive action, a moody 1980s aesthetic, and Stallone’s trademark intensity, Cobra is a fast-paced ride that blends crime drama with over-the-top vigilante justice. It’s a cult classic of the action genre known for its one-liners and stylized violence.
