Directed by Nimród Antal and produced by Robert Rodriguez, Predators reinvents the franchise by taking a group of killers, mercenaries, and soldiers and dropping them onto an alien game reserve. Royce (Adrien Brody), a hardened ex-soldier, wakes up in free fall alongside other dangerous individuals including an assassin (Alice Braga), a warlord (Mahershala Ali), and a death row inmate (Walton Goggins).
As they explore the hostile jungle, they realize they are prey in a deadly hunt orchestrated by the Predators—alien warriors who thrive on tracking the most formidable opponents. With traps, brutal hunts, and internal conflict testing their survival, the group must fight both each other and their alien hunters to escape.
Stylishly brutal and packed with suspense, Predators nods to the 1987 original while expanding the mythology, introducing new variations of the alien hunters and a darker, more survivalist tone.
