The Fantastic Four: First Steps Limited Edition Steelbook 4K Ultra HD + Blu-Ray

Set in a retro-futuristic 1960s alternate timeline (Earth-828), First Steps skips the traditional origin story and drops us into a world where the Fantastic Four—Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Johnny Storm, and Ben Grimm—already exist as heroes. Four years after their cosmic transformation, the team now juggle public life, a developing reputation, and the monumental stakes of parenthood, as Sue is revealed to be pregnant. Their world is shaken with the arrival of the Silver Surfer, who issues a dire warning: Galactus, the planet-devouring cosmic entity, has marked Earth for destruction. With the unborn child speculated to hold cosmic potential, the Fantastic Four must wrestle with impossible choices—family, sacrifice, and heroism.

Directed by Matt Shakman, with a screenplay by Josh Friedman, Eric Pearson, Jeff Kaplan & Ian Springer, the film stars Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach, among others. Composer Michael Giacchino provides the score. First Steps marks Marvel’s bold re-entry for the Fantastic Four within the MCU as the first installment of Phase Six.
