True Romance 4K Ultra HD
The film
About the film
In 1993, action director Tony Scott brought Quentin Tarantino’s screenplay for True Romance to the screen. Elvis‑worshipping comic‑book store employee Clarence Worley (Christian Slater) meets Alabama Whitman (Patricia Arquette) and, within 24 hours, they are married and on the run after Clarence is forced to kill Alabama’s possessive, psychopathic pimp.
Driving a Cadillac from Detroit to Hollywood, the newlyweds plan to sell a suitcase full of stolen drugs to fund a new life, unaware that both the police and the Mafia are closing in. The film combines breathtaking action set pieces with snappy dialogue and a sensational ensemble cast in a blood‑soaked, bullet‑riddled valentine, restored in 4K with hours of bonus features.
