The Witch 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray

Set in 1630s New England, The Witch tells the haunting tale of a Puritan family banished from their settlement, forced to live on the edge of a dark forest where an unseen evil lurks. When their infant vanishes and crops fail, suspicion turns inward, paranoia festers, and the family begins to unravel. Robert Eggers' directorial debut is a masterclass in atmospheric horrorÑeschewing jump scares in favor of creeping dread, period-accurate language, and deeply unsettling imagery. With its stark visuals, minimalist score, and slow-burning tension, The Witch explores themes of religious hysteria, repression, and feminine power. Anchored by Anya Taylor-Joy's breakout performance, it's a chilling descent into isolation and supernatural terror.
